The series will illustrate the things you need to do to be able to better motivate your people enabling them to surpass what they perceived to be their own physical and mental capability together with that important will to win.

We will talk about the qualities and tactics that produce effective leadership. We’ll start with a simple premise – ‘only by knowing yourself initially can you go on to become an effective leader’.   

Once you understand yourself, you can start to grow personally and to write your own character, building the crucial elements that are essential to become a great leader – those being character and integrity.
