Sue is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, who has over 25 years’ experience in the profession. Sue has been consulting successfully for over 10 years as well as holding Non-Executive Director positions.

Sue has worked in private, public and third sector businesses and enjoys the different challenges that each sector brings. Sue has experience in building and managing strong, commercially focused HR teams worldwide whose primary role has been to coach and support the leadership teams to deliver results through motivated and committed teams. Her passion is to enable businesses to acquire, develop and retain the best talent in order to achieve success.

Her strengths lie in facilitating and supporting change, employee relations, M&A activities (due diligence and TUPE transfers) and compliance achieved through maximising the benefits of technology.
